H2-DM1E Remote I/O Module Restrictions

Are there any restrictions on the modules that can used in a remote rack using a H2-DM1E as the Ethernet I/O Master? Specifically, can you install specialty modules like a H2-ECOM100 and H2-SERIO4 in a remote rack using a H2-DM1E?
I know that if you are using a DL-250 with an H2-ERM100 and H2-EBC-100 then a specialty module like the H2-ECOM100 or H2-SERIO-4 cannot be used in the remote rack. I was unable to find any information about this type of restriction with regards to the H2-DM1E. More so, the Do-More designer will actually allows you to manually configure a remote rack with a specialty module in it. So I'm not sure if the H2-DM1E has the same restrictions as the DL-250 does or not.

CTRIO/CTRIO2 yes. Other than that, just simple I/O...so no SERIO and no ECOM.
We probably should put some kind of warning in the config. Since the base could contain one of the those modules, we still have to 'support' it in the sense that it shouldn't break, but you can't actually access them or do anything useful.

Thanks for the quick response. Yes, warnings in the Help, Manual, and configuration would be good. The DL205 ECOM manual also notes that the ECOM does not work in Slot 0, does this also hold true for the H2-DM1E?

We would like to revisit the H2 Do-more manual and fix some of these types of little things once we get the BRX series settled a bit more. It's on the to-do list, just hasn't made it to the top yet. Finite resources, infinite number of things to do.
