The project files are completely compatible, so that is not the problem. The problem is probably that the new install cannot locate the knowledgebase files, so it can't find the "support levels." It sounds funny, but you might want to just try rebooting your PC and try again. If that doesn't do it, then move your projects to somewhere safe (another folder on your PC). Then uninstall DirectSOFT, reboot your PC, and then reinstall it (using the defaults).
