Host, we have been trying to order some of the CTRIO TTL Annex boards but have not received any response. How do we proceed? If these are not available we need to be finding something else quickly.

Thanks. (We are changing the drawings already as we are dangling here.)

I'm pretty sure we added your email to the spam list. ;D

Lemme check...

It wasn't me that sent the email. I hate to post an email for someone on an open forum, but it would start skn####@id###########n.com

I didn't see a way to PM you.

If someone did reply there is always the chance our end blocked it, but considering all the spam we get, I am doubting it.

Ah...sneaky. Have someone else do it to slip past our defenses!

There is apparently an issue with the purchasing alias. We'll get IT Boy to fix it when he gets back from dodging tornadoes in OK.

Click a forum handle and there is a PM link at the bottom of the page.

Thanks Mr. O. I got your email and forwarded the info to our mystery # lady.  ;D

Strangely, I missed the PM icon on your posts earlier though I saw everyone else had one. If I click on BobO I get an error message page with "Many apologies, but you can't view just any profile."

So no glyph and the link doesn't work either? IT Boy has another job then.

Oops...guess that's strictly an admin thing. Should definitely be able to PM though.

Your PM "glyph"* is there now. I saw franji1's earlier when I didn't see yours. I dunno why I didn't see yours then.

* All these terms you toss out that I am not familiar with!

As for randomly clicking stuff... Mitsubishi's servo software broke me of any desire to do that kind of thing. And ABB's AC drive keypads and, and...

The CTRIO TTL Annex board is needed to allow encoders which operate at TTL voltage levels (0 - 5VDC) to work with the CTRIO (9-30VDC). This board contains circuits which step up the encoder's voltage so that it is within the the CTRIO's operating range.

The CTRIO TTL Annex board is approximately 1" in length, 1/2" wide, and 3/8" thick, with a mounting screw hole in the center of the board.

The CTRIO TTL Annex board is only available directly from Host Engineering. The part number for the boards is CTRIO-TTLANNEX, the price is $25 each.

We wondered why the picture for these looked a little grainy on your site. We were blown away when we had one (four actually) in hand. You can put 24 of these on a standard desktop ruler without stacking - 2 rows x 12 or 1 x 24. A US Nickel is almost 10% more area. It has the cutest little terminal strips I have ever seen and I have been doing this kind of stuff for over 40 years.

We did already order the ADC isolators, so those are going into this job instead of these little guys.

As for mounting, I am leaning toward inline and heat shrinking the whole caboodle.

So grab a dozen and just put them on your credit card! Serious! All 12 will fit on top, 2x3, with room to spare.

Disclaimer: All dimensions approximate, but I am going to have to check them later. I only have 1" x 2" worth of them to check with though.
