Reading Period With BRX
« on: April 17, 2018, 10:38:50 AM »
I have an absolute encoder that has a 12 bit PWM Output.
Would I be able to measure the pulse period with a High Speed Counter on a BRX?
Thanks.

Yes...with a caveat. We can time to 1us accuracy. If your PWM frequency is 1000Hz, you are only getting about 10 bits worth of resolution.
