Mode Switch

Is there a memory location that will show the position of the mode switch? I would like to show the position of the switch on the HMI.

Just checked and ST1 stays at 1 in Program

This isn't exactly what you asked for (Mode Switch indication), but you can SET some bit in $FirstScan and RST it in $LastScan.  That works fine, but is really Run/Prog mode indication rather than tell you what position the switch is in.

ST16 tells you whether in Run or Prog mode if the switch is in Term.  That, plus the other idea, would get you Run and Term/Run, but can't distinguish between Term/Stop and Switch Stop.

I retract my earlier statement that half of all politicians are crooks.  Half of all politicians are NOT crooks.  There.

DST10 will give the run mode indication. I just wanted to display the switch position also.

It can be read, but I don't think it is in DST memory at this point.
