10 point BRX only 2 expansion modules

Wondering why the 10 pt brx will only allow 2 expansion modules when it shows I'm still way under the power budget? Marketing?

Partially. Due to board space constraints and cost goals we put a lower capacity power supply in the -10. The intent was to support any two modules without having any power budget. We ended up having to add power budget, which would have opened up the possibility of allowing more modules,  but we had already committed to the model.
