Figured out the string their only 10 different string have them equate to a number like "MOVE"=2  and past an integer to the Do-More The guy that set this system like to use strings for a lot of things.

Can you use the H2-SERIO in a remote rack from what I could find it's no. If that is the case I will have to have 3 Do-Mores in the system What would be the better way to link them Peerlink or Modbus TCP?

You're correct, SERIOs in local base only.

Peerlink is fallin'-off-a-log easy, but is only about 100ms updates. Either MRX/MWX or DLRX/DLWX could potentially run north of 10ms. Any will work.
