I"m using an h2-ctrio2 to control a stepper motor/slide rail.

Most of the time everything works fine, but occasionally the motor will turn in the wrong direction.

I'm bascially having it turn 250000 pulses then return to zero.  it will always travel the 250000 pulses in the correct direction, but when returning to zero sometimes it will continue in the same direction.  When i check the Axis configuration it is showing that it is returning to 0.  I saw in the Faqs about incorrect frequency's I've checked everything over and have another motor/slide rail that is perfect everytime.  I've tried switching drives to see if that was it but still stays with the same output on the Ctrio.

Can you send your project (.DMD file) to me (support@hosteng.com)? Or can you offer how you have it configured and how you are controlling the pulse output (i.e. what instructions)?

I don't have access to the file at this exact moment, but I can tell you my config.  For the config on first scan in the Main.
Min:   100
Max:  200000
Accel:400000
Decel:400000

In a different program I'm trying to move them in ctaxtrap instructions in stages, jumping to the next upon completion.
