Title: Output to Input Mod Error

I'm online with a DL340 with no outputs, and error "E002 Output to Input Module at address 1".  This is a noob question but WHAT HAPPENED?

It might help if you posted a copy of the program, but it sounds like the program might be trying to write to an input address, obviously a doomed proposition.  Address 1 should be on the first rung.  What does the first rung do?
