Purchase the newest version of DirectSoft - it covers all the PLCs they make.

You have the "105" package, which only programs the 05 and 105.  What's great about the Rel 5 upgrade product is that it brings you up to full support of all DirectLogic PLCs.  You'll be able to program the 06, 205, 305, and 405 families of PLCs, in addition to the 05 and 105.

The part number is PC-R50-U.

Thanks for the inputs. i found the upgrade and it seems affordable. guess there is no quick fix to what i have without the upgrade. Thanks again.

205 support was available with version 3.  The programmer who purchased the copy you have didn't need to program 205's and purchased a lower cost version of the software, so it really isn't a problem per se.  The different level versions are no longer available, so the good news for you is you get to upgrade to version 5 for the same money as someone who bought the high end flavor of version 3.
