Do you have a change log for 2.9.6? I see up though 2.9.4 in the updates PDF.

The firmware revs are separate from the Designer revs.  The firmware revs for BRX through 2.9.6 is documented here:

Designer (Updates.pdf) is currently at 2.9.4.  It only documents features/issues related to Designer.  True, some of those are firmware related, but the releases and versions of Designer vs. Firmware are independent except for the major release, e.g. 2.9, 2.8, 2.7, etc.
