Hello,
We had a power surge at a facility and two of our start/stop panels no longer are working. It's 205 series IO. We are failing to find what component is not working, so I was looking to see if anyone has seen something similar.
First thing we noticed was the EBC in one panel had a bad port so we replaced that and it came back onto the network.
Both panels are now connected to the network. I can ping the EBCs from the programming PC. Power looks good going to the IO. We tried swapping the base out D2-04BDC-1 and one of the input modules D2-08NDC3. No success with either of those components.
I cannot force outputs or see inputs turning on for those IO mappings.
Both panels feed to the same network switch along with 2 other panels that are working. The switch then makes it's way back to the main processor like all other panels.
Having a hard time racking my head around this one. Any suggestions are appreciated!!
