Title: Connecting a bluetooth scanner?

Hello all!

I have been using BRX along side standard ethernet scanners for years and love them. Have a client that would like to use wireless ring scanners. Any ideas on how I could connect a bluetooth scanner with BRX? Some type of device I can can connect via ethernet?

Only way that may come to mind is some sort of gateway (Bluetooth to Ethernet, Bluetooth to Serial).

Is the scanner Bluetooth serial profile?

Tiny PC or Pi with BT as a gateway sending out over serial or UDP?
