Title: Newest version Designer Software?

I updated a Brx Plc yesterday to all the latest firmware with the intent of using the new modbus scanner tool. Now I can't connect , just get the attached error message, even though I downloaded and reinstalled the newest version of designer yesterday. Is there a newer version that AD isn't showing yet?

That Do-more Technology Version (DmT) is corrupt.  Something strange is going on in your PLC.  You should have also updated the Boot Loader/FPGA that requires a power cycle (1.1.0).  Did you do that (requires a power cycle)?

You may want to contact AD Tech Support before proceeding, but you may need to clear the entire PLC using the dipswitch mechanism (see Help Topic DMD0266 (https://hosteng.com/dmdhelp/content/System_Setup/Onboard_DIP_Switches.htm#DIPSwitchModeSwitchCombinations) Clear All section).  Make sure you have a good/latest disk copy before clearing the PLC (you may need to check your AutoSave backups if the disk copy is invalid also).

I didn't do a power cycle because it's at a remote location. I'll try that first.
