Title: Out Of Range Option For Analog Inputs

Would be nice to have a checkbox to set out-of-range bits on analog inputs to something other than the number of counts for the specified voltage input level. It would be nice to potentially be able to set out-of-range to anything above or below the scaled range for example. This primarily comes up in attempting to detect broken wire on sensors that output say 1-5 volts. An option to trigger this would be easier than having to write the logic to trigger the out of range. At 0.5 volts, it's technically not out of range, but it's out of range for the application.
