I am testing a Day Light Saving Time equation, and was planning on manually setting the clock to 1:59AM on the transition days, and watching the transition, in and out of DST. The problem I have run into is if I Manually Set the time, to 1:59 AM, the PLC clock goes to 00:59. If I Manually Set the PLC time to 2:59 AM, the PLC clock also goes to 00:59. If I Manually Set the time to 3:59 AM, the PLC clock correctly goes to 03:59. The DST bit was Off, and the Time Zone Offset is -300.
I would like to set the clock to 1:59AM to watch the transition.
