Title: Halted program affecting main

Hello,


I am getting y outputs affecting other y outputs when the program is halted and not highlighted green

I am also getting other y outputs affecting other y outputs even though there is a ST2 inline with the second output


I did have to replace a F2-02DAS-2 analog output card leaking 1.083 volts a new card fixed this

And I do continue to have servo drift that is alot and out of adjustment zone with the drives

the machine crashed with mechanical problems jamming the servos several times with mechanical problems unrelated to electrical problems



I am running H2-DM1E

PLC OS: 2.2.0
PLC Booter: 3.0.7

Windows OS:
Microsoft Windows XP (Build 1.511.1 () (Obsolete data - do not use))

Yes I am running windows XP


Any ideas?

Sounds like it might be an issue with the base.  Please contact AutomationDirect.com technical support.  Be sure to include the picture of the label on the base.

I would not have considered before that electrical problems might actually change the way the logic works for simple programs
