Title: Why BRX

So I am working with a company that used an Arduino to automate a dispenser with a stepper motor and some limit switches. I convinced them to purchase the BRX starter kit and a C-More and offered to teach them how easy the BRX makes this job. They had spent a boat load of engineering time programming and debugging the Arduino and it was still a hack.

We couldn?t get the BRX to change it?s IP address! Tried everything. Then I demonstrated my other claim, great tech support as I called AD. We ultimately had to use the secret hand shake and dip switches and reset the PLC. Then it worked as advertised. The customer was super impressed how good tech support was! So it was actually a win.

Yes, I know you?d like to know why but I am afraid we never arrived at the why. ?The fuse was blown? No No NO, thats a symptom not the problem!
