Hello Everyone,
I have 4 PLCs connected to a Cmore HMI Ea9 Series. After sitting around for a bit, one or more of them will fall out of communication. They are all connected through a Netgear switch. All of my cables are brand new. I had this issue a while back and it did the same thing. that's why I have all new cable. That also did not fix the issue. My PLC and HMI are on a 10.61.49.X IP and 255.255.255.0 subnet.
the two that are causing the most grief are BX-DM1E- 10ED13-D. They are communicating the BX-DM1E-18ED13-D PLC that works fine.
I have re-downloaded to all PLCs (except #2 BX-DM1E- 10ED13-D, it's the one that's out. I am using a Do-more network Read (RX) on all 4 PLCs to communicate processes to each other as well.
After rebooting the other BX -DM1E- 10ED13-D it decided to lose communication.
Let me add that I cannot connect to them via Ethernet ports the Do-more software when I lose comms. They are in a remote location so it's not easy for me to walk in and reboot them manually. I use the PLC REBOOT function through the HMI. That is when the other plc BX-DM1E- 10ED13-D lost coms.
I have a phoenix contact managed switch that will be installed soon. I don't know if this will help or not.
Any ideas?
Thanks everyone

Which version of firmware are you running? BobO put out an update yesterday to address some network communication issues (this may or may not have anything to do with your issues). If you're currently running with an unmanaged switch, you could be getting unintended traffic that's disrupting your communications. I've seen this with some of the stuff I've been working on recently.

Everything is up to date now. I found that when the HMI enabled the bit to reboot the plc function, it wouldn't toggle back off. It stays true permanently. I had to log in with the USB and turn those bits off for now.
Thanks for your help.
