Post by: Meyers Mills on April 14, 2020, 04:12:26 AM
I am a newbie,
I  have  been using DoL Starters for years but, I want practical guide on how  a DoL  is implemented using plc.
I want to know how the N0 Start PB /NC Stop is wired at input terminals of the plc.
Thanks

Typically the Start Push Button is not used, the starter's Hand/Off/Auto switch is put into Auto, and that is energized via a PLC output.  You might like to have an auxiliary contact on the starter wired to a PLC input, telling the PLC if the starter is energized.
