How hard would it be to have a single button that would "Accept" changes and "Download Project in RUN Mode"?

That would be handy. While you're at it, could you also autosave after uploading? There's no telling how many times I have uploaded and come back to check a trend view to see how it worked, only to be greeted by the would you like to save dialog box, and no trend views have been captured in the meantime...
