Title: Ethernet POM on Non-Ethernet BRX

Can an Ethernet POM be used on a Non-Ethernet BRX? If so, are the limitations of the POM used on a Non-Ethernet BRX the same as if it were used on an Ethernet BRX?

Yes.  Yes.  But it cannot do everything the onboard Ethernet can do (e.g. POM can't send email)
