Title: Intouch

I am new to DO-More and Wonderware talking, only Allen Bradley and Wonderware. I setup H2-DM1E and it is online on the network and cane program it. I setup OI-DOMORE in SMC but the Tags I made in Intouch do not change they are all RED. Double clicking on the Tag in SMC I get TYPE VT_EMTY Quality BAD:COMM FAILURE: Not Limited on S3:oPT0 any ideas?

Does the H2-DM1E have a static IP that is in the proper range for the network?
Is the Subnet and the Gateway set properly?
