Title: MB-GATEWAY non-responsive following erroneous TCP/IP message.

Hi,
The controller I?m using sometimes sends out the TCP/IP Modbus message broken in 2. I used a Modbus slave simulator running on the PC and was able to capture this message, see attached image.
The problem that I?m facing is that the MB-GATEWAY actually locks up and becomes non-responsive, doesn?t even respond to ping or open the configuration web page. The only way to recover is to do a power cycle. The gateway has the latest available firmware from your website.
I?ve asked the controller manufacturer to investigate this issue as well but I?m also wondering if this is a known gateway issue or I have a bad gateway and need to replace it? I might order one just to test if you can?t offer any advice.
