Title: Clear Button for the Edit Comments box

Could you add a CLEAR ALL button to the Edit comments box?  Maybe move the help button all the way to the bottom right and  add the clear  below the copy button, but away from the other group.  Since there is a cancel button, no confirmation box should be needed.
