would the brx plc and GS-EDRV100 Ethernet communication module work with the new weg cfw 300 ac drive?

No.  The GS-EDRV100 is specifically made for use with GS series drives.

If you want to get it on Ethernet you will need a Modbus Gateway and a communications card for the drive:
