Title: Totalizing/Accumulating from an analog input
Post by: Jmcnabbcmi on October 12, 2018, 08:59:42 AM
How do I totalize a running total from an analog input. I have a new water pump system with analog input in GPM that I need to accurately totalize the discharge gallons in order to shut off the pump and close the inlet valve once it hits the daily max volume due to regulatory limits. Then reset the totalizer once the 24 hr period is up to restart the pump. Currently we only have the analog input displayed flow rate in GPM.

look at the INTEGRAT - Integrate over Time instruction

On the AutomationDirect forum you indicated that you are using a Click. Are you thinking of changing to a Do-more?

It would probably pay for me to look closer at the instruction set as I do this by sampling right now!!
