Not a big fan of Ziplinks in general. They seem to just move connections some place else and waste a lot of space doing it. However the recommendation for fusing on analog I/O seemed like a good place for the concept. There is no fused I/O Ziplink though. Bummer!
Also wanted to use the relay isolation zip link for the digital outputs that drive motorized valves. The load ratings are appropriate and in this case we a big space savings and greatly reduced wiring time for less dollars. Alas there doesn’t appear to be an appropriate cable for the BRX digital expansion modules. Major bummer!
Please Santa, lean on the elves a little. I’ve been a good boy buying BRX and only bad mouthing AB when they piss me off.
Thanks,

Those particular elves work in a different workshop, but the toy development coordinator drops in here from time to time.

I have successfully used 16 relay module ZL-RRL16-24-2 with BX-16TD2 and ZL-BXEM-CBL20 to do what I think you are trying to do.
I agree, ziplink modules tend to waste space, wire either at the PLC terminals or yet another terminal block. I do usually like the ziplink pigtails, which I can then wire to my own terminal blocks in my desired layout. If only the wires weren't 24 gauge...

Bolt,
I asked tech support about that module because they didn’t list the cable for BRX. Thats just what I need.
Thanks,
