Title: 10 point BRX only 2 expansion modules

Wondering why the 10 pt brx will only allow 2 expansion modules when it shows I'm still way under the power budget? Marketing?

It was a combination of power supply limitations and marketing.

When we first started the design we decided that for space and cost considerations it was OK to limit the output of the -10 supply, and we decided to design the supply to handle any two expansion modules. As we got into the design, goals changed and we eventually ended up adding the power budget calc because there were combinations that would exceed available capacity. By then, the decision about what specific models supported was already woven into the fabric of BRX, so even though we could have changed it be enforced by budget, we opted to keep it that way.
