Title: F2-08AD-2 connections
Post by: Loonie on June 26, 2008, 05:18:26 PM
I am attempting to wire an Omega FMA 5500 series mass flow controller with a 0-5VDC output to indicate flow. When wiring the -5VDC wire to the 0V connection, as suggested by both AD and Omega, I burn out the analog board on the valve. This has happened twice and Omega said it was the PLC modules’ fault (as expected) and AD had no comment. Can anyone help me with this problem? This is getting expensive and time consuming.

That module is made by Facts, not Host.  You may want to try posting on the ADC forum instead.
