Title: BRX Capture Count Input

I grab the count and do math.

I think what I'm seeing is that when the $DeviceName.EnableCapture is turned OFF, $DeviceName.CapturedValue is set to 0.
No problem to deal with. I just didn't catch it from the help file.

Yes, the capture enable acts as an enable/reset. If it isn't documented that way, we'll need to touch it up.
