To all the guys and gals working diligently at Host, I just wanted to say thank you. My laptop failed and I got a new one from Corporate. I've been working on getting Rockwell software installed on my computer all day. I'm still not finished. I just can't thank you enough for making a nice, user friendly, and amazing product. You don't appreciate it all the time until you realize what else there is!

Yea, I feel your pain when it comes to Rockwell software. When I complain to the vendor or Rockwell, all I get is yea, we know, but nothing is ever done. Host seems to be the only company working so closely with users and not only listening, but doing.

I worked with AB for 12 years. I am so happy not to be banging my head against the wall every day anymore. Paid tech support to tell me that yes that bug has existed for 3 years, and no it is not likely to ever get fixed.

I once posted here that Host can implement and deploy a fix or feature quicker than AB can tell me to get lost. Still true.
