Title: Document Editor
Post by: PLCGuy on December 29, 2016, 10:19:39 AM
I am seeing two things I do not understand.
1st I have an element that is not being used in the program. It has the "*" after it. It will not let me delete it. I tried using "Find" but it is nowhere to be seen. It was created when I was adding stages to my program. It has no S0, S1, etc after it. But the other elements that I created for stage names do have the So, S1, etc after them.

2nd. When I try to us the clean feature, I have several elements show up, X11, X12, X13. They are being used in the program. So I thought let me hit clean and see what happens. Well, it erased my description documentation then put the "*" after it.

Something is not right.

I found out what was the problem with the 1st thing i listed. IT was a "program" run I did not label.
As for the document cleaner bringing up the X11, X12, and X13, not sure why the cleaner is displaying them.

It's working as designed. The asterisk indicates virtual records that are used in the program, but not documented.

Why would X11, X12, X13, X14 show up when I press "clean"? they have documentation and are used in the program.

Send me a copy of the project to support@hosteng.com.
