Title: Gribes and bitchin

There is no way AB would ever listen or respond to users gribes and bitchin like Host does. Not only do you listen you actually try to cater to us. You guys are awesome.

I honestly don't understand that, but I'd say market dominance has a way of convincing you that you are "right". I'm proud that we do some things right at times, but then customers show up and humble us by pointing out how badly we missed it at others. That's a healthy balance that I hope we never lose, even when we're a much bigger company. ;)

I like their response "that is a known bug". So how old is that bug? "A couple of years"

We're all 'guilty' of prioritizing fixes, but I'd say there is a big difference in the level of bug that Host feels needs attention vs AB.
