Having a feature-rich instruction set is a double edged sword. It's great having all those tools in your tool-box, but it can be overwhelming sometimes.
While the Instruction Palette is great to see the breadth and depth of the Do-more instruction set, it would be great if you could eliminate some of the instructions that you do not use (the Instruction Palette comes up in Designer when you are in Edit Mode and select the Instruction button on the Ladder toolbar or on the menu select Edit->Instruction Palette).

Above is the default Instruction Palette. The first column shows the various instruction classifications or categories, like Contacts, Coils, Timers, Counters, Process, ... . On the line(s) following each class is the list of all the instructions in THAT instruction class (Timer shows OFFDTMR, ONDTMR, TMR, TMRA, ...). If you don't know the mnemonic, the short description of the instruction shows up in the static box at the bottom of the palette as you move your cursor over its mnemonic (this example shows Contact - Leading Edge One-Shot Contact), and the instruction's tooltip help text will pop up if you hover over the mnemonic for a second or two.
But what if you never use Communications or Drum or ? ? ? instructions? You can eliminate entire classifications from the palette window by hitting the Options... button at the bottom of the palette.

I've UNchecked the classes of instructions I do not typically use (BCD, Communications, Looping, ...). You can pick and choose whatever instruction classifications you want to remove from YOUR Instruction Palette.
After hitting OK, I get a slightly more manageable set of instructions:

Don't worry - this does not eliminate those tools from your toolbox, they just aren't listed in the Instruction Palette. You can still use the Contact(F4), Coil(F5), or Box(F7) Browser, or just type the mnemonic on top of a NOP in the output column to access any/all instructions.
We hope you take advantage of all the tools in the Do-more toolbox. But in the mean time, feel free to customize your toolbox as you do more with Do-more ;D.
