I have a yellow warning light in designer that gives an Device Error (ST143) One or more io master are indicating a probelm with a module.
The PLC seems to be working fine and I don't see any errors with the I/O system.

Probably have a bad analog channel, like a disconnected RTD or T/C. On the "PLC" menu choose "I/O System". It will give you detailed info of where the problem is.

The Do More I was working with doesn't seem to have an I/O error. Attached is a screen shot all card slots show no errors. In fact all three Do more that I have installed at my plant show this same error.
The Do More is a great CPU. I was able to do in 38 rungs what took 119 rungs in a 260.

Odd. Please tell me what you have in $IOMasterErrors (DST28), and take a screen cap of your System Information page. If you are willing, I'd also like to look at your program. If you are, please email to support@hosteng.com.
This may well be a bug, since you are seeing it on 3 systems, and I'm going to need to duplicate the setup to dupe it.

The fact that I/O System View isn't showing anything may be related to a bug that we just found a couple of weeks ago. In I/O System View, errors and warnings were only being shown for modules in slots 0-3 for any given base. Anything in slot 4 or higher would not indicate a problem in I/O System View.
So, again, that may be why it's not showing anything in that view. It's fixed in our development version and will roll out with the next release.

I forgot about that. Based on his I/O listing, the modules most likely to have passive errors are the analog input modules in slots above 3. So I'll return to my original statement, it's probably one or more enabled, but disconnected and unused, analog channels in one of the analog input modules. You just need to set the module jumpers to disable any channels your aren't using.
