Where can I find information on how to setup, program and troubleshoot a Do More PID loop?

In DMD press F1 for help, then in the left pane click Contents>>Project Development Tools>>PID Loops.

The Do-more Simulator provides a great way to play with the tools too...
To set up a PID simulation:
1. Run the Sim
2. Select "Setup PID Process Simulator" from the "Sim" menu
3. Select "What else do I need to do?" to pop up a list of instructions to get the minimal PID implementation running. This involves creating a PID instruction and a single SCALE box.
4. Leave the defaults on the process simulator and select enabled.
5. Make sure the Sim is in RUN mode and there is power flow to the PID and SCALE instructions. You now have a functional simulation running.
Next, you'll need a PID view. Once you have entered a PID instruction, you can right-click it and select "Trend Instruction", or you can access the PID view from the toolbar.
From the PID view, you can auto-tune your Sim loop by selecting Auto-tune. Put your SP (the WX1 Sim slider) to about mid scale and hit Start Tuning. It'll tune, then present some options...select "Return Control to Ladder". You have now tuned a loop. Drag the SP around and observe.
