Hello. First time trying to configure an H4-CTRIO Module. Trying to use the CTRIO workbench but it never sees the counter module in the PLC rack. When I select the PLC the "Link Active" box is checked but nothing ever shows up. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? The only boxes available to me are "Clear Config" and "Quit".

first thing is to make sure the link you setup is configured to use K-Sequence protocol.

also make sure there are no bent pins on the backplane connector.
