Connection issues with T1H-EBC

I have a T1H-EBC connected to an network card on the computer I'm using.  I have set the module's IP address, name and ID with NetEdit 3 with no problems.  I am attempting to connect to the device with programs such as EBCDemo and EtherTIO but the device wont respond properly.  EBCDemo gives "Error 8006 reading info for device 00 E0 62 40 45 07" and "Error 8006 reading base contents for device 00 E0 62 40 45 07". EtherTIO takes 5 or so seconds to respond when scan network is clicked and returns "Errors occured while reading devices".  I have already designed one control system using an identical hardware setup and I didn't run into these problems.  Does anyone have a clue why these errors are occuring?

I also seem to be getting "Error 8002( 32770) trying to query network" in EtherTIO.exe when switching from "Only EBCs" to "All Devices".  I'm not sure if this helps diagnose the problem or not but I didn't notice it before.

Problem Solved!! In a moment of sheer brilliance (or stupidity) I realized that I had swapped the Live and Neutral lines going to the power supply.  All connections are working now
