usb to rs232 uning windows embedded standar 2009

I am a new instructor using direct soft. I am teaching very elementary subject manner but would like to go on line with the d05 the school has purchaced. When I try to download the usb to rs232 driver I do not have an option for windows enbedded standard 2009. What operating system should I choose? Also if anyone can help me find training for the software I would be greatful. I am tasked with training the other instructors and they have little to no experience with plc technology at all. An on sight traing would be best so we could get all of them trained at the same time.
