I was trying to see its ip adress with netstat but I could not find it. and I when to link editor but I dont know how to put the module to work.

by default, the H0-ECOM will have an IP addres off 255.255.255.255, whis is probably not a valid IP address for most application programs.
Have you used NetEdit to give the H0-ECOM an IP address that is valid on your network ?
