Will the H2-ECOM100 communicate Modbus TCP to an Ethernet IP card?

It should, yes. Simply because Modbus TCP is Modbus TCP no matter how you slice it.

Elecnut33,
What do you mean by "IP"?
IEEE's Ethernet Internet Protocol (i.e. TCP/IP) OR
Allen Bradley's Ethernet Industrial Protocol (i.e. Ethernet/IP).
Please clarify. If you don't know this answer, please give the manufacturer and part number of the "Ethernet IP card" you are talking about.

franji,
Ethernet IP is ethernet industrial protocol, there is a common misconception that AB owns this, that is not true. They just decided to use this protocol when they started developing ethernet equipment.
Greg,
I am almost there with my project, I am using ECWX and ECRX commands, and when I read I am finally getting the weight from the Rice Lake to the DL260, but a new issue has arisen, hopefully the last one, every read is successful, but every write fails. Obiviously I need the writes to get the appropriate data. Would you have any idea why they are failing?
thanks,
Nick

Hey Nick,
I have still yet to evaluate the program you sent on Monday. Sorry for taking so long. I'll let you know what I see. I'm assuming that this is still the program you are using and asking questions about? If not let me know, and/or send me what you are using now.
