directsoft v4 ?

I had purchased version 4 and lost the installation cd. I had it at worked but the laptop had issues and I had to format the hard drive and start over. Is there a download availble somewhere? I managed to find the ativation key. I had it wrote down on a piece of paper. But the cd grew legs.
