When is the "overrides" normally available?  The 06 manual refers to just setting up bit overrides using the drop down menu.  I have not found a way to enable this feature?  In the meantime, for testing purposes I have to program a bit around my logic, or change the address to sp1 or sp2 to test the logic.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Your CPU must support overrides (not all CPUs support them, check your PLC manual)
Your DirectSOFT link's protocol must support overrides.  K-Sequence supports overrides, but DirectNet does not.  Make sure your PLC serial port is configured for K-Sequence and make sure your Link is using K-Sequence.  If you are using an Ethernet link, make sure you are using K-Sequence or ECOM protocol (not the ECOM module, but ECOM protocol under the protocol tab).

Thank you for the help.  This is/was the problem.  Do any of the manuals cover this?  I could not find it.
