I have a D0-05AR that is password locked.  Anyone know of a way to reset to 00000000?  Thanks.

You must know the password to reset it  Sad

The only way to "clear" the password is to contact AutomationDirect and send it to them.  However, for them to clear the password, the program also is cleared.  Cry

Sorry.

I was afraid that would be the case.  Ok, one more question;  The device in question seems to be working except for lack of output on Yx terminals.  Is it a candidate for repair?  Thanks.

I recommend you contact Automation Direct's tech support - they can help you diagnose the problem and hopefully fix it.  Their number is 1-770-844-4200.

Definitely let them know about the password problem but that you do not want to change the program and just want to get the outputs working again.

It could be that it is just in the Program mode. If it was working before, you may only have to switch the switch on the top of the unit to STOP --> TERM --> RUN and then back to TERM.

Just guessing.

Greg,
Thanks for your input.  Actually, the unit failed in service.  I had initially hoped to buy a new unit and transfer the existing program into it.  If it can be repaired, I am back in service.  Again, thanks!
